To be honest, I'm not really able to follow basketball over here in London. I vaguely remember Flip Saunders being a good coach at the T-wolves, but not much else!

Hi, James.

To be honest, I’m not really able to follow basketball over here in London. Any slip up by the Pistons and it looks like Joe Dumars will fire Flip. So far, he has been a great regular season coach, but not a great playoff coach.

Jed,
Forgot to ask you what you thought of Flip Saunders, now coaching my Pistons.
Any slip up by the Pistons and it looks like Joe Dumars will fire Flip.
So far, he has been a great regular season coach, but not a great playoff coach.

By: Jed

Hello, Alex. I guess I hope they'll be able to use their free cash wisely now! I didn't know about the NHL games... they flew under my radar screen here, so thanks for letting me know. The NHL season kicked off with the Kings and Ducks playing 2 games. Minnesota trading Garnett was a good thing for their future. He became the only piece to their puzzle so now they have money for more pieces.

It’s been a big couple weeks in London for American sports.
