Tips for a Healthy Life

Your life should be your greatest investment, after all you only get one. What better way to show that you care about your loved ones, than by taking care of yourself (and them too). In our modern lives it can be challenging to keep on top of your health, but small changes here and there can really add up. Here are some tips I’ve discovered over the years to ensure a healthy life.

1) Use margarine to lower your cholesterol:

One of our biggest health concerns is our heart, which is not surprising considering it is the very thing ensures you have enough oxygen to where you need it. It’s pretty important. Our modern diet is not the healthiest, and many people suffer from high cholesterol, which can lead on to a number of other heart-related health issues. 2) Exercise

For our general health, a smaller waist is a better indication of health.

3) More Fruit, More Vegetables

Our diet is over processed, filled with carbohydrates and not enough of the ‘real stuff’. Eat more greens! Your plate should be about 1/2 vegetables with each meal. Snacks of fruits in between. This is essential because it gives your body the nutrients and minerals it really needs.

Leading a healthy life is just about making little changes here and there. Don’t go in expecting to make huge, dramatic changes as that might just stress you out and result in no change at all. Little changes over time add up to a big difference.

4.) Quit smoking

Quitting smoking can greatly affect your health and will help you live a longer and healthier life! It may not be easy at first but taking small steps can greatly affect you. Vaping is the healthier alternative to smoking, so for those who think quitting smoking is hard this way will surely help you quit it not only you will be preventing the spread of second hand smoke, vaping actually is better than smoking since you have tons of  e-liquid flavours that you can choose from and the best part?
